Laboratory

Each manufactured batch of industrial composite rebar BASIS® is thoroughly tested in its own laboratory for its compliance with the physical and mechanical parameters established in Russia GOST 31938-2012. The main criterion of our work is the quality of the product in order to ensure the reliability of the client's structures. The laboratory equipment allows you to determine such indicators as: "nominal diameter", " fiber content by weight,%", "tensile strength, MPa", "Tensile modulus, GPa", "Elongation", "Density" and so on. The equipment includes a breaking machine with a load of 50 tons with an electronic computing complex.

On the basis of test reports, quality certificates are issued for each batch of manufactured products. The project organizations have the right to include these results in the project calculations
