Industrial composite rebar BASIS Quartz® - high-strength rebar with quartz coating, is manufactured using chemically resistant ECR-fiberglass and a special composition of epoxy resins. The strength of BASIS Quartz® is 3-4 times higher than the strength of steel rebar (1200-1500 MPa). The power rod is formed in dies with subsequent winding with an anchor layer, applying a quartz coating and polymerization of the product, which determines its excellent physical and mechanical characteristics. Due to the applied quartz coating and the covering layer, the reinforcement has excellent adhesion strength to concrete, which allows it to fully realize its strength characteristics.

Industrial glass composite rebar BASIS Standard® - high-strength rebar, manufactured using chemically resistant ECR-fiberglass and a special composition of epoxy resins. The strength of the BASIS Standard® is 3-4 times higher than the strength of steel rebar (1200-1500 MPa). The power rod is formed in dies with subsequent winding with an anchor layer and polymerization of the product, which determines its excellent physical and mechanical characteristics.

Industrial glass composite rebar BASIS Chemical® It is made with the use of chemically resistant ECR-fiberglass and a special composition of epoxy resins that provide its excellent chemical resistance against alkalis and acids. The BASIS Chemical® glass composite rebar is used in critical building structures with operation in aggressive conditions. The loss of strength characteristics is not more than 1 percent.

Bent bearing elements BASIS Bent Elements® - products made of composite rod, necessary for the formation of a spatial frame of any concrete structures and products. They are manufactured according to the customer's drawings using chemically resistant ECR-fiberglass, a special composition of epoxy resins and with a quartz coating. The strength of the rod is not less than-1000 MPa. The strength at the bend point is not less than 600 MPa.

The BASIS Spiral ® composite spring is a product made of a glass composite rod, which is necessary for the rapid formation of a spatial frame of any concrete structures and products. It is manufactured according to the customer's size using chemically resistant ECR-fiberglass, a special composition of epoxy resins and with a quartz coating. The strength of the rod of the BASIS Spiral® composite spring is not less than-1000 MPa. The strength at the bend point is not less than 600 MPa.

Ready-made, lightweight and durable frames that reduce the cost of construction. They are made of composite springs BASIS Spiral® various shapes (circle, square, trapezoid, triangle, cone, etc.), bent load-bearing and structural elements of the frame made of composite rod BASIS Bent Elements® and composite rebar BASIS®.
