The production of JSC "HELP Composite" ® includes:
- two multi-bar technological lines that allow the production of composite rebar BASIS Standard ® , BASIS Quartz ® and BASIS Chemical ® with a production volume of up to 1,500,000 linear meters per month;
- a technological line that allows the production of load-bearing composite bent elements BASIS Bent Elements ® , composite spiral elements (springs) BASIS Spiral ® , as well as BASIS Constructive ® composite frames.

Multi-bar technological line for the production of composite rebar - designed for the manufacture of composite rebar from glass and basalt threads. The line consists of a resin bath, tension and rod forming units, dies, polymerization furnaces, a traction machine, a cutting machine, and a control panel. The total length of the line is 45 meters, which allows you to increase productivity and, above all, product quality. Roving, passing through the holes of the thread catcher, is fed into a bath with resin, where it is impregnated. Further, the impregnated roving first takes the form of a rod, and then passes into a special die, where the rod is largely compacted and the excess resin is removed, after which a periodic winding is wound on the rod, and a certain fraction of quartz sand is sprinkled. Rebar curing (polymerization) takes place in polymerization furnaces with a length of 22 meters at a temperature of 180-200 degrees, then the traction device stretches the formed rebar to air cooling and towards the saw machine, which cuts the product to a predetermined length, or automatically passes to the coil winding unit to form the rebar into coils.
Roving with a linear density of 1200 TEX is used in production. This means that the threads involved in the formation of the beam are thinner and, accordingly, their number is greater than that of 2400 and 4800 TEX. A larger number of threads increases the wetting area and, accordingly, gives the product excellent physical and mechanical characteristics.
The ratio of resin and roving in the production of BASIS ® rebar is approximately 15/85, which is an excellent indicator of the technological process. The density of the manufactured BASIS ® rebar is 2.1-2.2 g/cm3. The volume number of glass-forming threads in the BASIS ® rebar is 20-40 percent more than that of most competitors, which directly affects the physical and mechanical parameters of the BASIS ® rebar. Accordingly, the weight of the BASIS ® rebar is 20-40 percent higher than that of competitors, which is important for the reliability of structures.
Production line of composite bent elements BASIS Bent Elements ® , composite spiral elements (springs) BASIS Spiral ® , as well as BASIS Constructive ® composite frames. The line consists of a roving wetting unit with resin, a tension device, a block for the arrangement of spinners and winders, three blocks of polymerization furnaces, each of which includes a traction mechanism, a built-in thermostat with heating elements, a speed control unit, rotary turntables, with replaceable mandrel rollers of different diameters. Roving, passing through the holes of the thread holder, is fed into a container with resin, where it is wetted with resin. Further, the impregnated roving first takes the form of a rod, and then passes into a special die, where the rod is largely compacted and the excess resin is removed, after which the fiberglass is wound on the rod in the form of a" thread", or sand is sprinkled. The elements is cured in heating furnaces - 3 pcs., located one after another in a chain, in these blocks of furnaces, a given shape of bent elements is formed.
Laboratory. Each manufactured batch of industrial composite rebar BASIS ® is thoroughly tested in its own laboratory for its compliance with the physical and mechanical parameters established in Russia GOST 31938-2012 and TU 22.29.29-001-39515217 JSC "HELP Composite" ® .
